Our refund policy applies if your return matches the following conditions:
The request for refund has been submitted within 24 hours of receipt of item;
Ground for refund is damage of item that has not been specified in the description/editorial and that is not noticeable in the photographs.
All orders that were paid via Cash on Delivery are not eligible for refunds. Clients who chose Cash on Delivery had a prescribed period of time to check item before acceptance and payment.
We ask that you please read the product description/specifications very carefully and have a close look at the photos. We take great care in describing and photographing our designer bags but please keep in mind that your are purchasing pre-loved items.
If you decide ultimately that a return is best for you, please contact our customer service to file your item return
